In stock items are dispatched within 10 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We offer a full refund or exchange on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. Chairs and stools returned within this period are subject to a £50 re-stocking fee per item. All returned items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original box and packaging, in the same condition in which they were delivered.

All EU and international deliveries are kerbside only and made to the nearest covered part of your residence. Items will arrive boxed with packaging intact and assembly is not included.

EU and international orders may be subject to VAT or other local charges. These fees must be paid to release your goods from customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund these amounts.

It is not recommended to use sharp tools for cleaning as this can cause damage and deep scratches in the stained surface.
