Freelance Position

The role involves building and managing strategic brand partnerships, developing and executing branding opportunities, and nurturing collaborations to enhance the company's visibility and reach.

Responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities, managing relationships with brand partners, executing brand placement strategies, and contributing to the overall brand strategy to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnerships & Placements

You will help place Loop + Twist products in environments where they can be seen, experienced and discovered. Responsibilities include:

• Identifying placement opportunities within showrooms, galleries, hospitality venues and other public-facing spaces
• Building relationships with interior designers, stylists, architects and industry partners
• Securing strategic product placements that increase brand visibility
• Developing relationships with fabric houses, lighting brands and complementary design partners
• Managing incoming partnership enquiries
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of placement opportunities
• Acting as a professional ambassador for the Loop + Twist brand

PR & Editorial

You will help grow awareness of Loop + Twist through thoughtful editorial exposure. Responsibilities include:

• Pitching products and stories to interiors, design and lifestyle publications
• Building relationships with editors, journalists and stylists
• Identifying editorial opportunities and tailoring pitches accordingly
• Supporting brand collaborations and industry partnerships
• Maintaining an organised database of press contacts and opportunities

Photoshoot Co-ordination

You will coordinate and manage photoshoots that support the brand's visual presence. Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and securing suitable locations
• Coordinating photographers, stylists and creative partners
• Managing logistics, schedules and shoot planning
• Supporting shoot days where required
• Ensuring all content aligns with the Loop + Twist brand aesthetic
• Managing timelines and delivery of final assets

Who We're Looking For

• Strong skills in brand strategy and brand management to drive strategic growth and maintain brand identity
• Exceptional communication and branding abilities to collaborate with partners and articulate the brand's mission
• Proven experience in sales and developing innovative strategies to secure and nurture key partnerships
• Knowledge of market trends and emerging opportunities within the design and furniture industry (a plus)
• Proactive mindset with exceptional organisational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, hands-on team environment

Flexible Working Arrangements

This is a flexible freelance position, expected to require approximately 8–12 hours per week depending on projects and workload.

• Primarily remote
• Occasional meetings in Manchester
• Attendance at photoshoots and events when required
• Additional hours available for larger projects
