UK Mainland Home Deliveries
We strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for all our customers. Below, we have outlined the details of our delivery process for UK Mainland, EU and international orders to ensure clarity and transparency.
- In-stock items are dispatched within 1 week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
- For items with a longer lead time, once stock arrives at our UK warehouse, our logistics partner will contact you via SMS and email to offer a delivery date of your choice. You will need to confirm a suitable date.

If your order contains items with different delivery windows, we will combine them and dispatch everything together once all items are ready. This helps us minimise packaging and reduce our environmental impact.
Delivery Process & Responsibilities
- Please ensure that someone is present to receive the delivery at the confirmed date and time.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the third attempt will incur a surcharge to cover additional delivery costs.
Trade & Commercial Orders
- For trade and commercial orders, additional fees may apply depending on the order size and specific requirements.
- To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly ask that you inform us of any parking restrictions, delivery time constraints, or specific opening times in advance. This will allow us to pass the necessary information to our logistics partner.
Holding & Storage Policy
- Neither Loop + Twist nor our delivery partners can hold orders for future delivery dates.
- Please be prepared to accept your order within the timeframes indicated on our website and checkout page.
We do not ship orders below €1,250. However, if you would like a spot price for a specific item, please contact our sales team at sales@loopandtwist.co.uk, and we will provide a price on application.
We offer a fixed shipping fee for orders within the European Union, based on basket order values:
- Orders between €1,250 and €2,250 → Flat shipping fee of €250
- Orders between €2,250 and €3,500 → Flat shipping fee of €150
- Orders above €3,500 → Free shipping
Remote & Offshore Locations
- Orders to remote or offshore locations in Europe may be subject to an additional surcharge beyond the standard delivery fee.
- We recommend contacting our Support Team before placing an order for remote locations to confirm shipping availability and costs.
Delivery Process & Responsibilities
- Once your order is manufactured and ready for dispatch, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date and provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Delivery is kerbside and will be made to the nearest covered part of your residence. Assembly is not included.
- Your order will arrive boxed and packaging removal is not included as part of the delivery service.
International Orders (Including USA & Rest of the World)
For orders outside the UK and EU, including the USA, we can provide a Price on Application (POA) shipping quote based on your order size. We work with freight forwarders to offer worldwide door-to-door delivery. If you require an international shipping quote, please contact us for further details.
Important Notice – Customs & Import Duties
All orders outside the UK are shipped on a ‘Delivered At Place’ (DAP) basis.
This means your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or additional import fees as imposed by your local customs authority. Payment of these fees is required to release your items from customs upon arrival. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund them.
In most cases, you will need to provide your EORI number to complete the customs clearance process.
