Products & Orders

Many of our pieces are made to order, crafted specifically to your chosen specifications.

Dimensions and finishes are provided as accurately as possible

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order, and we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders where necessary.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch begins.

We accept the following payment methods:

All major credit and debit cards
Clearpay
Klarna (including flexible payment options)

For international orders:

UK VAT is not charged
Local taxes and import duties may apply and are payable by the customer

Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes are clearly outlined on each product page and are based on your selected specification.

If your order includes items with different lead times, we will combine them and dispatch everything together once all items are ready. This approach helps us minimise packaging and reduce our environmental impact.

Once your order arrives at our warehouse:

Our logistics partners will contact you to schedule delivery
Tracking details will be provided via email and SMS

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Please note:

We will attempt delivery twice
If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, any further delivery attempts will incur an additional charge
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the agreed date

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following:

Items must be unused and in original packaging
A restocking fee will apply

Made-to-order and customised items are non-returnable, as they are produced specifically for you.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Product Care & Responsibility

Once delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to you.

We recommend inspecting items upon delivery and notifying us immediately of any issues.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including imagery, text, and design, is the property of Loop + Twist and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We take great care in ensuring the accuracy of our products and services. However, we do not guarantee that:
