Every interior is different, and sometimes the perfect fabric is the one you already have in mind. That’s why we offer a COM service across all Loop + Twist furniture.
How It Works
1. Check fabric suitability
Get in touch with our team to confirm whether your chosen fabric is suitable for your selected design. We’ll advise on:
• Fabric performance and durability
• Fire safety requirements
• Minimum meterage needed
2. Send your material
Once approved, send your fabric to our studio address. Be sure to include your order reference so we can match it up easily.
3. We’ll do the rest
Our team will cut, upholster, and finish your piece to the same high standards as every Loop + Twist product.
Terms & Conditions
We are happy to offer upholstery using Customer’s Own Material (COM) on many of our trade items. If you are supplying your own fabric, please ensure that:
- The fabric is suitable for upholstery use.
- You have reviewed the fabric’s performance, durability, and fire safety standards.
- You are confident it is appropriate for the specific item(s) being upholstered.
Important: When clients supply or specify their own material, they are fully responsible for ensuring the fabric’s suitability for the product in question. loop + twist cannot be held liable for issues related to wear, fit, upholstery behaviour, or appearance arising from the use of COM fabrics.
