Are samples free for trade accounts?
Yes — fabric and wood samples are complimentary for approved trade accounts. Request them from any product page or ask your dedicated account contact.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 working days. Once approved, you'll receive an email to set your password and start ordering at trade pricing.
How do I log in to my trade account?
Use the account link in the top navigation and sign in with the email you registered. Your trade pricing is shown automatically once you're logged in.
Are 2D/3D models available for specification?
Yes — CAD and 3D models are available for most pieces to help you spec into your projects. Contact the trade team for the files you need.
How do I get project support or a custom quote?
Email trade@loopandtwist.co.uk for project support, custom quotes, COM enquiries or lead times — you'll be looked after by a dedicated point of contact.
