How does the trade discount work?
Approved trade account holders receive a minimum 15% discount, applied automatically when you're logged in. Pricing updates at the cart and checkout once you're signed in.
How do I log in to my trade account?
On mobile, scroll to the bottom and choose 'Customer Account' > 'Login'. On desktop, under Professionals in the top bar, choose 'Login'. We use a passwordless login -- enter your registered email address and you'll receive a one-time code by text message to verify your identity.
Are samples free for trade accounts?
Samples are purchased rather than complimentary, but the cost is fully redeemable against a subsequent order. See our samples page for the full range of upholstery, wood and fabric options.
Are 2D/3D models available for specification?
2D and 3D models are currently in development and will be available to trade account holders soon. In the meantime, all spec sheets are available on each product page or via spec sheets.
How long does approval take?
We aim to review all applications within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once approved.
