We offer a full refund or exchange for any products that are sent back to us within 14 days of delivery.

For all chairs and stools returned to us there will be a re-stocking fee of £50 per item.

All items need to be returned in their original box and packaging, unmarked, and must be in the same condition that the item was received in.

Made-to-order items are non-returnable. We kindly request that you notify us of any alterations to your order within a 48-hour window from the time of placement.

Daily cleaning is done with a clean dry cloth. Use a damp cloth soaked in clean water for light soiling. Harsh or abrasive cleaners should never be used as they can cause damage and, in the worst case, scratch the stained surface. It is not recommended to use sharp tools for cleaning as this can cause damage and deep scratches in the stained surface.

Avoid using cleaning products with chemicals.
